HELPFUL INFORMATION
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance, especially during peak travel season (December through April). Last-minute bookings are subject to driver availability.
We monitor all incoming flight arrivals automatically. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust their arrival time at SJO or LIR airport at no additional charge.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to departure receive a full refund. Contact our booking team directly for last-minute itinerary changes.
